Make gorgeous floral paintings whilst learning how to work in acrylic with abundance. I will show you how to make exuberant lush layers of texture and colour using florals as a starting point. This workshop will supercharge your painting practice.

Thursday is a 9 week term @ $270

Helen teaches art classes for adults every Thurdsay and Friday morning from 9.30 until 11.30am
Class size is limited to 8. Term rate is $240 for 8 classes or $40 for a casual rate

Helen runs occasional workshops throughout the year. Workshops are held during The Samford and Surrounds Arts Trail and Open Studios each June in her Cedar Creek studio.
Off site and one off workshops can be arranged.

Guided Painting
step by step classes
What is Guided Painting? : It's a fun and social step by step class. Just like the Sip and Paint classes but with over 50 original images to choose from
What Happens? : You will be given detailed, patient and expert tuition to guide you through the painting process. I provide written illustrated instructions for you to follow. I will be there to give individual guidance and help you along at your own pace. You go home with your painting in acrylic on canvas of the session's image. You will learn a lot.
Who? Beginners are very welcome. It's also a good way to get to know acrylic if you are unfamiliar with this versatile paint. Late teens and up.
It's a great class for a group and I offer this class as a private booking for groups. Guided Painting is an ideal class for events such as hen party, birthday, retirement, corporate team building, etc. You are welcome to BYO.
How long does it take? I aim to finish the class in 3 hours. It isn't a race and everyone can work at their own pace. You follow the instructions in your own time and I help you out as you go.
Paintings are A3, 400x300mm.
