This is a mini-series of 3 abstract paintings, 30x30x0.7cm, acrylic on ply, framed in a light pine float/tray frame, D rings attached and ready to hang.
I find playing with materials very tricky. This series was part of a longer project where I played every day for 100 days. I used mixed media without any end in mind. These 3 were made alongside 3 postcard-sized pieces which were donated to Incognito as part of their annual fund raising exhibition. The envelope and stamp were used in the pieces as collage elements, hence the title.
